JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2023 The present petition has been filed for correcting the Thana No. / Khata No. / Khesra No. number mentioned in the first paragraph of the order dated 1.8.2022, passed by this Court in CWJC No. 17491 of 2017 and it is submitted that on account of typographical error, Thana No. 245 and Khesra No. 454 were mentioned in the original writ petition instead of Thana No. 232, Khata No. 245 and Khesra No. 494, hence, it is prayed that the said error be rectified.

The learned counsel for the Respondent-State has got

Patna High Court MJC No.1701 of 2022(3) dt.12-04-2023 2/2 no objection.

Accordingly, it is directed that the Thana No., Khata No. and Khesra No. mentioned in the order dated 1.8.2022, passed in CWJC No. 17491 of 2017, be read as Thana No. 232, Khata No. 245 and Khesra No. 494.

The present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order 1.8.2022, passed in CWJC No. 17491 of 2017.
