JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019, corresponding to Barbigha P.S.Case No. 158 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of District Judge, Sheikhpura.

Allegation is of recovery of 15 Kg. of ganja from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on the seizure list there is no signature of any family member of the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48132 of 2019(2) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 petitioner. He may surrender and pray for regular bail. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
