This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 26.06.2014 passed by the learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions JudgeIV, Begusarai, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 204 of 2010 arising out of Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 286 of 2007 by which the petition of the petitioner filed under Section 227 Cr. P.C. has been rejected.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

A report regarding status of the trial has been called for from the court below which has been received. From the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13530 of 2015 dt.30-03-2018 2/2 report it appears that Sessions Trial No. 204 of 2010 arising out of Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 286 of 2007 has already been disposed off by Judgment dated 22.08.2016 and all the accused persons have been acquitted.

Therefore, this application has become infructuous.

This Criminal Miscellaneous application is accordingly dismissed.
