The petitioners, who are in custody, seek bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 193 of 2018 (Special Case No. 53 of 2018) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 372, 373, 376, 366(A), 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Immoral Trafficking Act, 23 J.J. Act and 3⁄4 POCSO Act.

The case of the prosecution is that on a secret information received on 05.05.2018 that some minor girls were forcefully being sexually harassed, the Deputy Superintendent

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39904 of 2018(2) dt.12-07-2018 2/2 of Police conducted a raid alongwith police officials of different police station near Khuskibagh, Katihar More and during raid one Akbar Khalifa was apprehended and thereafter 14 ladies and 5 men were apprehended.

It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. It has been further submitted that similarly situated co-accused namely, Zarina Khatoon and Seema Khatoon have already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39040 of 2018. they are in custody since 06.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge (POCSO), in connection with Sadar P.S.
