The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Parasbigha P.S.Case No. 102 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 325, 341, 449 and 504 of the Indian penal Code.

Earlier prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46812 of 2017 with an observation giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer of bail after nine months, if trial does not get concluded by that time.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that still charge has not been framed and more than nine months have passed since last order passed by the Court rejecting the prayer of bail. Having considered the period of custody of the petitioner, he, namely, Rajendra Yadav, is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41363 of 2018(2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 102 of 2016.
