JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-11-2022 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 04.08.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 9020 of 2022 to the extent of correction of name of court, where the case is pending, as well as extension of period of surrender. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that earlier, in the main petition, due to inadvertence, instead of "Sub-Judge IV-cum-A.C.J.M., Sasaram", it was wrongly typed as "Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dehri, Rohtas". Same mistake has occurred in order dated 04.08.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 9020 of 2022

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50441 of 2022(2) dt.02-11-2022 2/2 (page 2). Accordingly, he requests for making correction in the order as well as further time to surrender before the court below. In view of aforesaid fact, at page 2 in order dated 04.08.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 9020 of 2022, in place of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Dehri, Rohtas, it may be read as "Sub-Judge IV-cum-A.C.J.M., Sasaram". Simultaneously, further six weeks time from today is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the court below.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed and order dated 04.08.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 9020 of 2022 is modified to the above extent only.
