2. The accused/petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 432 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The accused/petitioner is named in the First Information Report and is in custody since 12.05.2025.
4. Allegation against the petitioner is to cheat the informant by selling a piece of land on the basis of forged document.
5. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that for alleged piece of land still Title
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51695 of 2025(3) dt.15-11-2025 2/3 Suit is pending before the court of learned Sub-Judge, East Champaran, which is pending as Title Suit No. 220/2021, as filed by this petitioner. It is submitted that even the allegation is purely civil in nature for which the present criminal implication is completely unwarranted and un-occosioned .
6. While concluding argument, it is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and, moreover, investigation of this case is concluded, for which charge-sheet has been submitted and as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
7. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
8. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of the fact as primarily dispute between the parties appears civil in nature arising out of land dispute, coupled with the fact that petitioner, who is a man of clean antecedent, remains in custody since 12.05.2025, where investigation of this case is already completed, accordingly, above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand
