JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 The petitioner, who is in custody since 18.03.2018, seeks bail in connection with Bhairavsthan P.S. Case No. 26 of 2018, dated 16.03.2018, instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and has also not been put on test identification parade. The recoveries made from the house of the petitioner are of articles which are of common use and consumption in any household.

Case No. 26 of 2018.
