JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the daughter of the complainant is apprehending arrest in a case in which process was directed to be issued vide order dated 12.8.2014 after cognizance being taken under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the marriage between the petitioner and the daughter of the complainant has been dissolved by an ex-parte judgment dated 2.1.2015 passed in Matrimonial Case No. 879 of 2012.

No.11512 of 2015 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Complaint Case No. 573 C of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
