Petitioner is in custody in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 248 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody in connection with seizure of five liters of country made liquor which was kept adjacent to the east wall of the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is 65 years old and he is in custody since 25.4.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

Case No. 248 of 2018.
