JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 21-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment. The father of the petitioner died way back on 08.01.1978. We are in 2018. After 40 years of his death, the court does not find any justification to grant indulgence in the matter of compassionate appointment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- AFR/NAFR NAFR CAV DATE NA Uploading Date 25.06.2018 Transmission Date
