Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on 12.04.2022, the petitioner was granted bail, but the name of the father of the petitioner was wrongly recorded, as a result of which, in the cause title of the order, the name of the father of the petitioner has wrongly been typed.

In view of the above submission, in the cause title of the order dated 12.04.2022, let the name of the father of the petitioner be read as "Late Prem Srivastava" in place of "Late

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60838 of 2021(3) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 Ram Srivastava".

Accordingly, the order dated 12.04.2022 is modified to the extent above.
