JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Vigilance and the State.

The petitioner has renewed her prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 167, 406, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 13 (1) (b) (c) (d) (i) (ii) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. Accusation is of collection money from various persons for imparting training, but no training was imparted and collected money has been misappropriated. It is submitted by the learned Sr. counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner's bail was rejected earlier, but has renewed her prayer for bail since the investigation has already concluded and the petitioner is a lady. The aforesaid fact constitutes ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9616 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Special Case No. 02 of 2010, pending in the court of learned District Judge (Special Judge Vigilance, Ist), Patna.

With this observation this application is disposed of.
