Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the first victim-girl would reveal that she had gone to see fare along with her friend Priyanka Kumari. First victim-girl has specifically stated that no one had kidnapped her. Another victim-girl, namely, Priyanka Kumari stated that she had voluntarily married with her boy friend who is petitioner of this case.

Considering the statement of the first victim-girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
