The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/ 4 of the D.P. Act.

Allegedly, it is a case of torture and dowry demand by the accused persons including the petitioners. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He

No.50991 of 2022(2) dt.24-11-2022 2/2 further submits that petitioners are in-laws of the informant and they are separate from the mess and business of the informant and the husband of the informant, namely, Tarik Anwar @ Fulbabu has already been granted regular bail and petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Mahila Motihari P.S. Case No. 06 of 2022 in Trial No. 301 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
