The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 372/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/341/323/353/427/509 /149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that he bears clean antecedents, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed, subject to the condition that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) in the District Legal Aid Committee,

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur, in connection with Koilwar P.S.
