Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 504 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he entered into the house of the informant and attempted to ravish her. Submission is that land dispute is reason for this false case as the petitioner had purchased 2 Kathas of land by the side of the house of the informant which the informant has encroached.

Petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2018.

Investigation of the case is already closed.

Finding substance in the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties

No.42111 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chautarwa (Bathwariya) Police Station Case No. 177 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
