ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 24.6.2014 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 18082 of 2014 with an undertaking to deposit a sum of Rs.2,20,045/-, but the same could not be done. Since the Petitioner has not honoured his earlier undertaking, I see no reason for entertaining the fresh application for anticipatory bail on the same ground.

Hence, the application stands rejected.
