ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 6/ 06-05-2015 The parties were summoned on the request of the respective counsel(s) to intervene in the present dispute. On having talked to them, it appears that there is no scope of settlement.

Hence, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 03.04.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No.C1-763 of 2010 to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, is hereby confirmed.

However, from now the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of `5,000/- (five thousand) per month as directed by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14777 of 2014 (6) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur, instead of `750/- (seven hundred fifty) and a certificate to this effect shall be filed in the present case by 15th of every month, failing which his bail bond will be cancelled.

The application stands disposed off.
