ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2018 on his remand in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.464 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner was taken into custody in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.467 of 2017 under Section 414/34 I.P.C. and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. While he was in custody on the basis of his self-confession made before the police, the petitioner has also been remanded in connection with the present case. Taking into consideration the said facts and circumstances and that in the other case, the petitioner has already been granted bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Patna City, in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.464 of 2017.
