ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 15-05-2026 Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 14.05.2026, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-State has got instructions and submits that the Respondent-College is willing to issue a fresh NIT for running of the canteen situated at the campus of Saharsa Engineering College, Saharsa.

2. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities to

Patna High Court CWJC No.11758 of 2025(12) dt.15-05-2026 2/2 issue a fresh tender for running of the canteen at the campus of Saharsa Engineering College, Saharsa. On issuance of the tender the petitioner is granted liberty to participate in the said tender. The Respondent-College shall also hand over the utensils, furniture and any other items belonging to the petitioner as per the inventory prepared by the college authorities at the time of taking possession of the canteen, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
