The petitioner seeks bail in Alinagar P.S. Case No. 14/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 447, 379, 498A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.

Petitioner is husband of informant.

It is alleged in the written report that marriage of informant was solemnized with petitioner in the year 2017. One female child was born from the wedlock. After birth of female child, petitioner along with other family members started torturing the informant for demand of motorcycle and cash of

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is still ready to keep the informant. The parental house of informant is situated in the same village and the parents of informant has always interfered in the family matter. From the impugned order it appears that charge has been framed in this case.

Petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Benipur, Darbhanga, in connection with Alinagar P.S. Case No. 14/2019, subject to the conditions that (I) both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.

(II) Petitioner shall be present on each and every date fixed by the court and absence on two consecutive dates without valid reason will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner and
