The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that Kaleshwar Ram and this petitioner came at the door of the informant, Saryuj Ram and started to construct Chabutra at his land. When the informant made protest then Kaleshwar Ram, Dinesh Ram (petitioner), Ramkali Devi, Lalita Devi started to abuse and assaulted him. In the meantime, this petitioner caused injury at the head of the informant through iron rod, Kaleshwar Ram and Lalita Devi, mother and wife of the petitioner, also started pelting stones upon the informant. When Rekha Devi, daughter-in-law of the informant, rushed to save him then petitioner caught hold her hair and tore her sari and blouse. Thereafter, Lalita

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute occurrence took place, in which, petitioner's side also sustained injury, regarding which, Sarai P.S. Case No. 193 of 2019 is also instituted on the basis of written report of petitioner. Moreover, four injuries, as found on the person of the informant, are simple in nature and petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XIII, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
