For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Kumar Praveen For the Respondent/s : Mr. GP1- U.S.S.SINGH =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-04-2015 Writ application is dismissed for the reasons indicated in Annexure-9, which are cogent and valid reasons for not extending the benefit which any way was a searching kind of benefit especially since the petitioner retired way back in November 1991. Thereafter after two decades he is now looking for an advantage of a policy, which came to an end in the year 1996 itself. The indulgence shown by the Court earlier itself does not give a right in favour of the petitioner to revive an old and stale claim through the writ application.
