Petitioner is in custody in connection with Spl. Case No. 4711 of 2018 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 340 of 2018 for the offence under sections 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody in connection with seizure of 36 liters of liquor. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the liquor was seized from the vehicle which does not belong to this petitioner. He is only driver of the vehicle.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.5.2018, let the
