The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 366/366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the daughter of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18-06-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The victim has been recovered. Her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. was recorded in which, she has denied the allegations made in the FIR. She has left home with her own sweet will. The victim has got married with the

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Katihar in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019.
