That this writ petition is being filed in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the concerned Respondents to facilitate way for smooth flowing of water that flows through the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12430 of 2024(2) dt.22-08-2024 2/2 small bridge, constructed on public Road and further for restraining the Private Respondents, who have been creating disturbance by blocking bridge (flow of water), causing the damage of crops as well as smooth passage that is being used since time immemorial."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 2 i.e. District Magistrate, Aurangabad, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, however, seeks a direction upon him to resolve the issue under consideration within a stipulated time frame. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner, before the Respondent No. 2, within a period of two weeks from today, the Respondent No. 2 shall ensure resolution of the dispute in question, in accordance with law, forthwith.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
