Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deodha P. S. case no. 54/2014 registered under sections 406, 420, 504 and 506 of the IPC.
Petitioner is named in the first information report but allegation of this case centers around against co-accused Md. Mukhtar. So far as the petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that he had also taken money from other persons on pretext to send them abroad. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
