The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Forest Case No. 27/13, registered for the offences punishable under Section 33 of the Indian Forest Act.

The allegation is that petitioner purchased forest land and made construction over that land.

It is submitted that petitioner purchased the land through registered sale deed. The document relating to sale deed is valid. No offence under Section 33 of the Indian Forest Act is made out against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21171 of 2016 (3) dt.20-07-2016 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Forest Case No. 27/13, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
