JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-04-2016 Petitioners being uncle and aunt of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant few months after the marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws family. The petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the victim and subsequently the informant's side killed the father of the husband of the victim leading to registration of Baruraj P.S. Case No. 17 of 2016. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or

Case No. 152 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
