Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and his prayer for bail was rejected vide order dated 9.8.2017 passed in cr. Misc. No.30392 of 2017 and again vide order dated 7.2.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.72341 of 2018.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than 2 1⁄2 years and still five witnesses have been examined and four witnesses have to be examined in this case.

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that now the trial is expediting and as such the petitioner does not deserve bail. .

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.48449 of 2019(2) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conduct it on regular basis so that the trial may be concluded within a period of seven months.

At the same time, S.P., Vaishali at Hajipur is directed to produce the witnesses in the trial court.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
