2. The instant application has been filed for restoration of F.A no.66 of 2019, which stood dismissed on 27.7.2022 for non-compliance of the order dated 29.6.2022.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the contents of the petition, the Court is satisfied that the petitioners have made out a case for restoration of F.A. no. 66 of 2019.
