JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-12-2016 After having perused the original file relating to the advertisement issued by the Staff Selection Commission, the Court is satisfied that adequate information and wide publicity has been given to one and all inviting applications to fill up the post of Driver across the State of Bihar.

If the petitioners have not applied pursuant to the same, this Court cannot bail them out at this juncture since the process is in

Patna High Court CWJC No.7161 of 2016 dt.16-12-2016 2/2 the final stage. If the petitioners want to challenge the contents of the advertisement, they are free to do so. However, the permission does not mean that the petitioners may have case for the same. The correctness and otherwise of such challenge will be considered on its own merit.

Writ is dismissed with liberty as above.
