2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Awtarnagar P.S. Case No. 65 of 2024 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 224, 225, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)/45 of Bihar Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner forcibly got released the arrested person Suresh Mahto from the police custody, and also caused injuries to several police personnel.

4. Having considered the nature of accusation and the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory
