JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 Having regard to the fact that the opposite parties have already disposed of the representation of the petitioner holding him not to be entitled for grant of ACP in view of the three promotions received by him, while this Court, in exercising of contempt jurisdiction, would not go into the matter any further but then nothing said in this order shall come in the way of the petitioner in seeking redressal of the grievance relating to grant of ACP to the petitioner in accordance with law.
