The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 290, 376, 370, 506 and 354 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3, 4, 5, 7 and 9 of The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act As per the prosecution case, the police received information that the petitioner is involved in flesh trade in the pretext of providing job and on raid, three victim women who were in objectionable state with a man were rescued from the

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a lady. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2022.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 567 of 2022. The application stands allowed.
