JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2015 The petitioner being husband of the informant is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

On joint prayer, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre of the State Legal Services Authority vide order dated 23.12.2014.

The report of the Mediator at Flag-B dated 28.04.2015 suggests that parties have agreed to part ways on payment of one time settlement amount of Rs. 4,51,000/- which has already been submitted through bank draft before learned Court below.

Considering the present stand of the parties reflected through the report of the Mediator, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45325 of 2014 (5) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 135 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

Let the report of the Mediator be transmitted to the learned Court below.
