2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 323 , 342, 324, 325, 504, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.
3. On the alleged date and time of occurrence , all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners armed with lathi and danda assaulted the informant and others in which three persons sustained injury .
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both the parties are co-villagers and there is pending land dispute between them. Case and counter case. Both sides sustained injury . Allegation of assault is general and omnibus.
5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.
6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of J . M. 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection Bhadaur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal
