The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No.575 of 2018 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 404, 448, 420, 354(b), 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In view of the compromise between the parties and the statement that both parties are land owner and tenant, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
