The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 341, 323, 353 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner and one another is of having thrown a brick on the police personnel, injuring him.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No such occurrence as alleged has taken place. He is in custody since 7.8.2021 and has no criminal antecedent.
