2. The present writ petition has been filed for publishing the 2nd Provisional List (Result) against the Advt.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12475 of 2024(2) dt.29-08-2024 2/3 No.01/2019 for the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) Water Resource Department, Government of Bihar as the 27 vacancies are left vacant till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have earlier moved before this Hon'ble Court in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.4375 of 2024 in which vide order dated 22.03.2024, the writ petition was dismissed as not pressed with liberty to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their grievances and this liberty was allowed in favour of the petitioners. Counsel further submits that in compliance of the said order, the petitioners filed their representation on 30.03.2024 before the Secretary, Bihar Public Service Commission, Patna, Bihar (respondent no.2), but till date, no decision has been taken on their representation. And as such, petitioners have no option left but to move before this Hon'ble Court afresh.

4. Learned counsel for the Bihar Public Service Commission submits that from the record, it transpires that the representation has been filed on 30.03.2024.

5. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the Secretary, Bihar Public Service Commission, Patna, Bihar (respondent no.2) to pass a reasoned
