2. The present application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 vide order dated 08.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14305 of 2019 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 334 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be satisfied if a direction is passed for early disposal of the trial in the Court below.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite parties does not object to this fair prayer.
5. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a direction to the trial Judge to conclude the trial arising out of Madhuban P.S. Case No. 334 of 2017, within nine months of communication of this order.
6. The trial Judge will file a compliance report after nine months.
