Upon perusal of the record, it transpires to this Court that the present writ petition has been filed directing the respondent to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika for Anganwadi Center Code No. 303 Muslim Tola situated in Ward no. 14 of the Village Panchayat, Manpur under Benipatti Block of Madhubani District.

3. It transpires from the pleadings of the Writ Petition that the petitioner is demanding a writ of mandamus to appoint him and to enquire into the matter of appointment of private respondent on the post of Anganbari Sevika.

4. Learned Counsel for the State raised a preliminary objection and submits that remedy to the petitioner lies before the Original Authority under the relevant Guidelines prepared for appointment of Anaganbari Sevika or Sahayika.

5. In this view of the matter, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off, directing the petitioner to avail her remedy before the Original Authority under the relevant Guidelines prepared for appointment of Anaganbari Sevika or Sahayika within 30 days after Durga Puja holidays, if cause of action still survives.
