JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 18.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37942 of 2015 to the extent that it was recorded that the husband of the victim is in custody be deleting from the portion of order whereby incorporated that the husband of the victim is in custody. The said fact incorporated in the order on the basis of statement made in para-12 of the petition. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that said statement was wrongly incorporated in paragraph-12 of the petition on a wrong instruction. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19734 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 custody be deleted from the order dated 18.09.2015 in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 95 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.

The order dated 18.09.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

It is made clear that Mr. Nityanand Niraj, learned counsel for the petitioner be very cautious in future in making statement in the petition.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
