JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2018, arising out of G.O Case No. 522 of 2018, for the offence under Sections 30(a), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.05.2018 in connection with seizure of 35.750 liquor. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
