Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 11.10.2017 with an observation to conclude the trial as soon as possible preferably within a period of nine months.

It is submitted that even after lapse of more than four years not a single witness has been examined on behalf of prosecution. Trial court report reveals that till date not a single witness has been examined.

Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
