2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(2), 126(2), 109, 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused including this petitioner abused and assaulted the informant's side. It is alleged that petitioner fired bullet on the leg of Sudhir Kumar (informant's son).
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on account of land dispute between the parties. Although, petitioner is alleged to have fired bullet on the leg of Sudhir
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50277 of 2025(4) dt.21-11-2025 2/2 Kumar but no case under Sections 118(2) and 109 of BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act is made out against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 09.05.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jurawanpur P. S. Case No. 81 of 2025.
