2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 780 (C) of 2010.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in retaliation to Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No.489 of 2010 before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna which was filed prior to the present complaint. It is submitted that the accusations are general and omnibus. This is the first complaint of its nature in seven years of marriage.

4. Despite issuance of notice to opposite party no.2, none appears when the case is called out.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 20.10.2014 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Complaint Case No.780 (C) of 2010 shall stand hereby confirmed.
