The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that though, as per F.I.R., there is allegation against petitioner that he caused fire-arm injury to informant, however; injury report does not support the allegation. The doctor has found two injuries, caused by hard & blunt force (object), which are simple in nature. It is further submitted that there is land dispute between the parties. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
However, considering the aforesaid facts and

No.66296 of 2021(3) dt.17-10-2022 2/2 circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, District - Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 343 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
