2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2004, lodged under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 379 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the name of the petitioner has figured in this case on previous enmity. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2024 having clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail (only after framing of charge, if not framed) on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj/concerned Court below in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2004 subject to condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and on absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, the bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.
